Help i got Pro Ebiz 8gb mp4 player with camera

Hi im newbe to this website can anyone teach me how to upgrade my firmware with my Pro Ebiz 8gb mp4 player with camera is this able to change the background and some stuff? sorry for my newbee question i really dont know things about this i need help really bad ^_^.
