Some questions to my new player
Hello everybody and a happy new year to all of you! I got myself a new 8GB-Touchscreen-MP4-Player recently. It has no model-name on it. Just a "QW MP-085" on the back side. It looks pretty much like this one MP4-Player on Amazon and the description is awful bad and incomplete. :x It has a "Game"-icon on its menu, but when i touch it, no game starts, just another menu-screen appears, quite similar to the inital one. Putting a "GAME"-folder on the filesystem and copying .RKP-files to it has no effect. The systen-information reads "Ver: 00.00.0001 Date: 2008-11-12 FlashMem: 7903/7903 MB CardMem: 0/0MB". Also there is a menu-entry "Bee" which can be switched on and off... what is that? Does anybody have a complete manual for that device? Is there a firmware-update? I don't want to open my new device for reading the printing on the board... any ideas which vendor and model my device comes from? Any information is appreciated. Greetz, Paul |
Can you post some images of your player?
Where and who did you buy your player from? |

tnx for your reply. You can see some images when clicking on the link "MP4-Player on Amazon" in my initial message. That's the exact same device, but with 8GB. I bought it at myToys.de here in Germany. For 6 weeks it works fine in its primary function as MP3 and video-player. Although i am not happy with the fact, that there are no playlists. The player just plays all MP3 in the order as the were copied to the device :-P Some ideas for a better MP3-Handling? |
Try the freeware Reorganize! from Oliver Frietsch: http://www.oliver-frietsch.de/reorga...dex.php?lng=de for a better MP3-Handling: Sort the songs into your order and let Reorganize! wrote this order into the Players FAT.
