Default New Rockchip games! "Russian Diamonds"

[flash width=640 height=480:26f64fd3a7]http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/751/newrockchipgamedibyk6.jpg[/flash:26f64fd3a7]

Look! Russian online shop!
I'm learning Russian language, so I've tried to translate.

It's a Newman (Rockchip - see a screen) mp4 player
with .rkp game "Russian Diamonds" preinstalled!
The same thing with a lot of other online shops in Russia!
I think developers have made a new game for Rockchips,
but can't find it on the Internet.

Maybe we must register on Newman Russian forum and ask members for this game...

We have to ask nanocopyuser (who posted previous) and man who have uploaded manual!

P.S 2 hours Googling on Russian sites hadn't give any result.
I've posted a message on some Russian forums,
if somebody have this game he would upload it and send to my e-mail!
And I will share with you!

its a std rockchip game, i think its another name for tetris, or something like that, its not new in any way, i have read russia diamonds name many a time

there is a post ip here with all the available rockchip games in

plus you need to have a player that allows for extra games, if you do not have a player that shows a game menu on the player where you can select a game from then you can not add any more games, i assume you knew this anyway

just checked on my old rockchip and i have game called diamonds and it is just tetris renamed, i also have another version of tetris named rumble cube, all the same game basically

Russian Diamonds = Russia Block = Tetris, it's in the downloads section of this site.

There will be no more .rkp games from Rockchip Electronics, they have now foolishly abandoned the format.

Only chance for new rkp games will be if we make them ourselves, so not worth looking for more because there won't be anymore, sorry

I've finished my investigation.
You're right, it's Tetris...

I was Googling the whole day to find this game...

Maybe if somebody will create Sega emulator
we will be able to play in thousands Sega Games.
Sega has excellent graphic and its' processor = 23Mhz
while player's is 200 Mhz!!!
So don't even start write an emulator for PS3!

im afraid no one is going to write an emulator for the 26 series player, pretty much dead and old now, rockchips have been on the 27 series that has nes emulation in built, though rarly implemented!!, and soon to be on their 28 series, 26 series players around now are just dregs of old stock

if you want excellent emulation fo for a genei player that has lost of emulation and based on the ingenics chip or the excellent smartq t511 player, again excellent player from china big name brands with big support and development

forget the wimpy ass games on these 26 series, if you want gaming get a gemei

But a lot of people already have RK26XX (Like me) !
And the most of them can say:
"If I have RK26XX player, and I love it, why I should buy the new?"
For example, I will never buy the new player if my old will be working!
It's just the waste of money for me, and I'm saving for MacbookPro!

If I was good at Assembler (or had a lot of free time to learn it)
I would write some programms for my player
(like "GameConsoleEmulator", "PDF Reader", and "Calculator" - the easiest)
instead of buying a new one with all these functions!

but why bother writing code for a chip that is less powerful, especially an emulator of pdf reader,

you are right if you are happy and its working, but for me they were not good enough, inflexible movie formats, no playlists support, no album art support, no music sorting, these are the features i wanted, low memory sizes, i wanted 8 and 16 gb

for all the hours you could spend on coding an emulator you may as well do it for a chip that has more power at least, and for $50 you can get a 8gb 27 series to start work on

desides an emulator on these is surely useless considering the button layouts, lack of buttons etc

if you wan to get into programming chips, rockchip is really not the way, look to ADI or ingenics chinachip as they are a lot more open about their systems and emulators and stuff is already underway for those as they can actually be worked on
