MP4 sellers with good customer support?
 

I am at a lost , in the age of computers and software and the ability to communicate with your customers all over the world in a matter of minutes . I have dealt with mp4 sellers that just can't seem to get the concept of good customers support. I am only writing this because I have tried to buy from:

mp4nation = ended in paypal dispute got my money back

digitalkingz= threatened dispute got my money back

allpmp=just issued 2 disputes

actfind=expensive but the always ship your items

tinydeals= no name mp4 players ,but great sellers

I run a small local mp4 business people love them but I can't find a good sellers. and of course I only speaking for myself but if you check the forums of the site , they never respond . Do not say write us if you have a problem but then dont answers.

I know the feeling about support. Honestly, I think majority of the sellers are there to MAKE MONEY. I know because I use to (many years back) sell MP4 players as well. I created MyMPxPlayer.org to help members and assist them with problems with their MP4 players as I wanted to support what I sold. But the market was too cut throat and I stopped selling them. However, MyMPxPlayer.org (and now MyMPx.org) has turned out to be more successful for me as it has provided a good resource for assistance and help for buyers who have MP4 players but can't get support or help from the seller.
