Files get corrupted after upload to my MP3

Hello everybody,
I'd like you to help me solve my problem with my 4GB MP3 player with touchscreen:

Rockchip RK 2608A, BA 7165 0849
Samsung 836, K9LBG08UOM
Samsung 516, K4S161622H-UC80

It is a real 4GB memory (I checked the Samsung site) but when I upload files they get corrupted and are not able to be played even from my PC directly. I did a write/read check and it didn't show any errors. Can someone help me, please, with solving? Thanks

Additional comment: files get all mixed up after copying. That means for example photos are overlapped by each other...
