Best MP4/MP5 player for Gaming?
 

Hi!
I am currently looking to purchase a new 2009 MP4 player for the main purpose of playing good and varied games on it.

I currently own a Sunplus 3050 that only has NES emulation, but I've found that emulation is flaky, doesn't work with all games and often requires to restart the unit to play them.

I'm not looking for perfection, but if anyone could point me towards what they consider the best MP4 Multi-Platfom game player is, it will surely help me in making a more informed decision.

well, there is the new Gemei X760+, and as far as I know, it players a crap load of systems, including SNES and GBA.

but for that awesomeness there is a huge price of $110.00

You can also try the GP2X for this type of thing. It runs a fully open source O/S and there are heaps of applications, software, games and mods for it available. I'm not sure how much it is in your country but do a search for "GP2X" on the internet and see if you can find a seller who can send to your country. I have one myself and it's great. It plays all the emulators (NES, NEOGEO etc), movies, songs etc as well. It's more a Portable Media Player than an MP4 player.

It's about as good as gaming gets, spend any more and you might as well get a DS or PSP.
