I've spent a lot of time (nearly 2 month) working on it.
That means that the possibility of bugs is very low.

Also I've added a LOT of features, you can adjust your subtitles at any way,
the old 1.0 version in fact was just the pre-release with only one function.

It's unbelievable - you can make your foreign movie awesome
using only specific tags, without any special video programs !

P.S. Don't understand why there're a big amount of downloads for v1.0
while in several times lower for new 2.0, which is much better.
Maybe the only one function at the old version makes the people shy...

Well, here's the most short explanation of how does Gilraen work:

You have a file with subtitles, and the film.
As you know, when they're in one folder,
then you will see your film with subtitles.
Gilraen is a wizard for creating the special tags.
You've launched the Gilraen and created the tags with his help.
These tags, after being inserted to the .srt subtitles file
before the text, are making the text "stylish".
You have an ability to save the tags to the "settings" file,
to save the time at the future.
If you'll convert the film using viDrop,
these tags will become "embedded" to the film.
It's useful, because the MP4 players doesn't support them.

now, alot of the new players out and more can use srt files, will your srtylish text made by the program work on these PMP players or will they not understand the extras commands

Re: New Gilren 2.0 - is it realy worth to dowload

- Even for computer you need to download the Media Player Classic - Home Cinema.
(if you haven't MPC, or your MPC is old, then some styles such as movement will not work)
- My player doesn't have subtitles' support for videos, only .lrc for music.
And, if some players have this feature, they can support only "clear" .srt, without any tags which are making styles.
- But, thanks to the viDrop, you can convert your film with file which contains stylish subtitles,
and they will become "embedded"; that mean you have one single video file,
but still can see these subtitles, which can't be deleted from this converted film.

So, there's no question about how many features your player have,
because only one feature - the ability to play videos - is needed.
That's awesome ! :o Thanks to those simple tags,
you can learn some new languages with a lot of pleasure !

Hello! I've tested your program, and... It's really cool!
However, spent some time to learn how to use it.
I've created a very stylish subs, and converted video with viDrop.
Now I can watch my film on my MP4, with very stylish subs (violet & foggy = scary)
which aren't annoying at all ! :P (unlike those ugly standard)
And learn French with pleasure !

WIZARD 3rd Nov 2009 3:21 am

I've created this pdf using the latest Adobe Acrobat.
Please, update your Adobe Reader :
Adobe - Adobe Reader download - All versions

P.S. When I'll gain enough experience,
the Gilraen's source code will be converted from Pascal to C++,
and the command-line interface will be replaced with a more user-friendly one.
