Sorry for my english..

i want upgrade the firmware for my MP4 that is 2.19 actually.

Which firmware i have to upgrade?what tool??

and can i modify the terms of function, example..

ENGLISH ---> ITALIAN
Setting ---> Regolazioni i change it in IMPOSTAZIONI

Can i do??
