Is possible to put fw 9.x.x to device whit 3.5.37

I have ms industrial mp401 whith fw 3.5.37 and atj2085w chip, is possible to put fw 9.x.x on him.

No. As far as I am aware, Actions has not written 9.x firmware for the '8x chips. 9.x is for ATJ209x, ACU75xx, and AK102x. (You can find older players with an ATJ209x running 3.x, but not ATJ208x players will have 9.x)
