Help with RK27SDK upgrade please
 

Hello I just got a new mp3 player from ebay and I am wondering how to upgrade the firmware. I cannot find the hidden file when I hook up to my computer. My os is Xubuntu, but I do have an xp computer i can use too. The mp3 player is RK27SDK, version id:2.2, harware id:080722. The player is working for the most part, but the touchscreen is a little iffy and i cannot set the time or date. There is an option to upgrade in the system settings, but I am not sure how to get the upgrade on the mp3 player nor where to find the upgrade file. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
