Little help! Is this player any good?

I've just found this on ebay, i've never really looked at these clones B4 and can't find any info online. This sounds to good to be true but am not looking for an ipod (to overpriced) so the cheap price as long as it does exactly what it says does is perfect for my needs.
Any info on ease of use and if this seller is good to use would be very much appreciated.

I bought a 4GB iPod nano clone off ebay from a HK seller a couple of years ago, and it turned out to be hacked (tricked Windows into thinking it has more memory than it really has). As soon as we tried to fill it up with songs it froze and wouldn't do anything since. Got RMA from seller to send it back but never heard from, then seller disappeared from ebay. Didn't know about this place back then or I'd try to recover it.

Risky purchase in my opinion.
