you can not get a true 32gb player for that price, and i mean the player and shipping together - flash memory is very high priced, no 32gn player can be bought for 30 quid

they will be hacked and will really be 4gb or less - this is well known and you only need to look around these forums for other that have been conned - cancel now and inform paypal

Just tried loading 2 iso's (8gb) on top of the music I already have, and Sh%&*
your right! There 8gbmax , still not a bad deal for €34.00 touch screen works fine and plays AVI.
I ordered 4 in total, 3 xmas gifts for my nieces! will wait for forth to arrive and then go to Town on seller.
It even showed 31.4gb in drive properties.

they wont accespt 8GB files anyway as the file system will be FAT32 so the max single size of file you can put on is 4GB anyway - so you need to load a bunch of files that add up to more then 16GB to fully test

Hi guys she has been shut down by Ebay after a phone call to them plus got a full refund from Ebay .Other seller was Jennie 2668. both are now gone but not before upsetting a lot of ppl.Should have known better now got 2 players both non operational.After reformat 1 shows no memory at all and windows can't see it (device error) the other works sporadically but again I'm loathed to try a reformat in case it too dies.Soon as I get chance will open it up and report on chipset. Software data is no use just says Rockchip RK27xx ver 1.1
Any Ideas?

Ok finally opened it up and found the following same layout as photo 3 chips.
RK 2705 (yes it's definately a 2705)
64m eprom hyb39s12816oct-8
flash memory tbnl63a51k3gp (unknown size can't find any data)

Tried everything to reformat it it keeps coming back as 32gig.
Copied the firmware but it is spread over 2 hidden partitions.
Will hold just over 3gig of files before loosing data so am guessing its a 4gig but would love to reset it to factory settings.
Anyone had any luck with this model as it's a great player if only it would work properly.

I have found this fix from other site shared by Random667.

Why not give this a try?

I just tried this on an newer version touchscreen mp4 player.
It was supposed to be 32gb but was only 3.8gb.
I opened the Check Flash 1.10 program,
selected the drive,
selected as a “physical device”,
Selected “low level initialization”
Hit Start,
Hit new,
Selected Fat32,
Moved the slider to around 4gb,
Hit OK,
Hit OK,
Hit cancel
The device now shows up in windows as 3.81gb "
