Angry Big problems with hacked 16gbs Onda clone (?). Cant low level format or flashing it!!

Hi, i bought a 16gb onda clone like mp4 layer last week (I'm not even sure it an Onda clone... and what series it might be...i need a confirmation). I plugged it in my pc, transferred mp3 and movies and when memory reached 2gbs of files the player started to act weird. Various errors messages appeared like: "File Not Found" , "Wrong file format" etc... I did a little search on Google and i finally found out that my mp4 player is possibly hacked and that the real memory available is 2gbs. I tried to low level format it with the all the versions of MP3 Disk Utilities but not luck. I always got an error that says "Not Detected removal disk! Please check the disk connecting or reboot system". XP seems to detect it, I can access and transfer my files in the player in explorer without any problems. I'm wondering if there are other ways to remove this hack from my mp4 player. Maybe by restoring the original firmware? Even if firmware programs dont detect my player... Also, I can't find anyway firmware that match my player...i hope someone can help me find a solution to this very frustating situation. Thanx alot in advance!

Here are some photos of my mp4 player and specifications.

I think ill skip the firmware flashing part...

How about just removing the damn hacked memory? So my mp3 player would be running at the real initial memory size without any errors. But like i said in my first post, i had probllems running all the Mp3 Player Disk Tool versions. Almost all the applications in here wont detect my mp3 player...that's very weird...
