Hi, won this MP3/MP4 player on e-bay, said brand new, but when it eventually arrived (after waiting nearly a month) from china, there were no instructions and my computer didn't recognise it, and when it eventually did, it was as a 4GB Mp3 player, even though it says 32GB on the player, and won't play videos transferred from the computer, and I can't set the date or time. Any ideas? Any advice would be much appreciated.

What type of videos are you trying to play, not all videos will work, some will need conversion, have you tried Youtube .flv videos? most but not all work quite well on this player.

Most members who have this player with the clock have the same problem, it's just bad design, personally I think they would have been better not including a clock at all. It's annoying having the clock that never shows the right time!

the videos i'm trying to transfer are mp4 and one was a digital copy straight from the dvd itself, so not too sure what type of file it is

Do you know if i need to get some kind of conversion software to enable video playback, if so what would you recommend? Also, should I have formatted the player before putting anything on it?
