What would be a good choice for a MP3 player for my wife?
 

Hi all i am having some trouble. I have never owned a mp3 player since i am able to put music on my blackberry. Well the wife wants a mp3 player for Christmas.

So i have been searching around doing allot of reading and looking around. I am so lost and have seen so many mixed reviews. I am not a Mac person and will stay away from their over priced stuff.

What would be some good choices for me to get? After looking on ebay and seeing all these knock offs that claim to have 2-8 gb of storage but really don't i am beginning to be a little skeptical about getting ones from ebay.

Sorry i have just been reading so much over the past few days, i think i am more lost know than when i started

Do you have a budget or an idea how much you want to spend?

Also, do you know if she will be using it for mainly music while jogging or reading or for viewing ebooks etc...? What about video viewing etc? There are a wide range and some may not be practical in some situtations while others are.
