Rizone 16 GB MP4 player

Hi all, just had a Rizone mp4 player for Christmas. Got an issue that after putting some more music on it it says updating Media Library but is stuck a third of the way across the sceen. This product was sent from Hong Kong without any instructions.............. so just wondered if anyone had any ideas how to deal with this problem to enable me to use what was otherwise an excellent player. Look forward to any positive assistance anyone can give and thanks in advance.

rizone = fake memory - sorry to say but it not 16GB, it may report that but its not, just search "ITCHEE" or "RIZONE" and you will see many cases like yours im afraid - and no, it really is NOT 16GB
use the tool and have a look at this site
