Most Customizable MP4 player

Hello I recently purchased one of the ipodtouch look alikes and it has the anyka chip.. I've been reading and have found out that these are not customizable what so ever.... I'm looking for one that I can make a little more customized such as removing and adding icons on the main screen and such. Anyone have any ideas?

Can someone actually confirm that I have the ANYKU chip my hardware info is :TV1568_v2.0
