..do you think these may be hacked too?

They are probably ok. The ipod touch/nano look alikes get hacked most.
It depends on the price, if it's too cheap to be true then it's hacked.

How much are these players?, I don't see the price.

Is there any reason why you are looking at an OLED player like this?
Also AAA battery may end up being expensive and annoying (having to recharge them or get new batteries and swapping them around all the time).
If you wanted a small player and light player, you can look at the 1.2" inch screen players instead (I have some but they were released about 5 years ago!).

I also prefer AAA battery. Because my camera using AA rechargeable and I have few chargers. Only get a pair of rechargeable AAA batteries and they will last very long.

And those rechargeable batteries come with the player, not the regular AAA size, once they fail, looking for replacement will be very hard.

And luckily I just found an MP4 player using Nokia's compatible battery.

mp3 players are sold everywhere. and the price is low

There are many much cheaper MP3 Players sold by online wholesalers. I had bought davismicro 8GB Portable MP3 only for $20.34
