My Mp4/Mp3 Shuts Down when Access Music Menu

Thx Guys for Having this Forum , Found it thru Google ..and Hope Find my answer here.

Recently I bought 2 Mp4/mp3 from ebay

4GB LCD MP3 MP4 MEIDA PLAYER+Speaker+Removable Battery - eBay (item 110520412794 end time Apr-18-10 19:00:45 PDT)

The Players Have two problems

1- When access the Music Menu they Shut Down with no error just Shutdown.. every thing works but the music Menu

2- When Plug to the PC the Computer won't detect although i hear the Ding-Ding . when look under Device Manager isee the pc detect the player as Mass Storage but not letter assigned to the Player so i can not see it undrr my computer . So no way to transfer files .. Sometime it detect it as CD-Rom .. i tried this under Vista win7 xp and all SAme problem .

Suppose no drive needed for XP and up .. the player is AMT Player with Firmware hynix h27uag8t2atr from SinoWealth

By the Way i got my Money Back after Some talk with the Seller , and i got to keep the Players for $15 and No trying to Fix them if there is way .
