MyMPx.org - can not delete & move files to my mp5

can anybody help me please. . .

i have an 8GB Cube F500FHD China made mp5 bought in hongkong 2 weeks ago. at first, there was nothing i could say to it, it reads almost all or 39 video formats, 5.0 inch LCD, 800x480 pixels, 1080P HDMI output, tv output, full HD+ support 1280P full video playback. the problem came when i started to add files unto it(though it was the second time i add files without having a problem) using my laptop. though i was able to add files successfully and see to it that the files i added are already in my mp5 using my laptop, the problem now is that:
1. the files i added was not there using my mp5 but only all of the other same types of files i
previously added.
2. i connected it back to my laptop and the files i just added was no longer there.
3. i noticed that when i tried to play one of the files in the mp5, it came out that the video i was
playing was the one i recently added although the file name was the name of my previously
added file.
4. i tried and successfully deleted my files on the mp5 using my laptop but the files are still there
by looking it using the mp5
(you can only see that the file is deleted using your laptop, it only goes back after looking it in the
mp5, others can not really be deleted)
5. other of my files on the mp5 that play before can no longer play after and it says that "file not
support".
6. there is a delete function of the mp5, you will only see that the file is deleted and after a while
the mp5 hangs up and the screen will disappear prompting you to reset then after restart, the
file you deleted is still there.
7. i tried to restore it to its factory default setting, it does restore but does not fix the problem.

after that, my laptop always prompt me to "scan/fix(recommended)" or "continue without scanning" once i connect my mp5. i tried to use the check disk for error method and it does not finish checking, it says "unable to finish the disk checking".

i am a computer technician and i think if i am not sure that my laptop has no virus on it,i already tried installing different antivirus and the finding was the same or no virus compared with my previous antivirus. the file system of the built-in storage media of my mp5 is FAT32. i am planning to format it as it has no hidden/system files on it but only the media files.
QUESTION:
1. DOES FORMATTING OF THE MP5 DELETE ALSO THE FIRMWARE ON IT MAKING IT "DEAD"
OR UNUSABLE?
2. CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME THE THE RIGHT FIRMWARE OF MY MP5 MODEL AND WHERE TO
DOWNLOAD IT?
