OK, this jack
http://www.cui.com/pdffiles/SJ-3568N.pdf should make it possible to create a poormans lineout, by soldering speaker wires to the audio jack post and wiring the speaker gnd cables throuth the 4-5-6 terminals of the jack. Wonder if gnd's of the speakers in this device are separated or could be joined. |
I would like more contrast.
How it could be fixed by a little soldering?...Thanks!... |
Dunno, I have enough contrast. Too much lcd backlight though.
Anyone, I gave up on the device. It fitted perfectly on my kitchen table. Only listen to FM, don't even stick in mp3 no more :D Worth the money 100% |
That Snow Angel device may be based in Actions Semiconductor ATS250X series chipset, but a low series because it includes apart the FM module, and in newer series (ATS2503) FM module is included inside the chipset. I have an ATS2503 based model called New Angel, and I want to find the firmware of my device but with any luck until now. You can connect the device to a PC thru using an USB male-male cable, then , you must put the sitch in off mode, and then connect to PC, then the device is recognized as microsd card reader unit. Try to use S1fwx or S1res to extract firmware, in my device I dindīt have any success.

I think it is impossible by now.
The only thing I did so far is solder another on-off switch to the top of the device, since the back one is not exactly convenient. |
|
Looks like it's Actions-based
