Hi, I'm new
I searched in the forum a solution but I could not

I bought on ebay an mp3 like this:
5th 8GB 2.2'' Lcd MP4 MP3 Player Video FM Radio +Camera su eBay.it, iPod MP3 Players, Electronics

These are the information that I managed to get:
1) Media player

5) Result with H2testw:

This player does not work correctly when loading files some of them are loaded with errors, and some folders are subfolders with the same title of mainly, but impossible to open and / or remove.

Can you help me?
I would like to format it with a new firmware, you can tell me what should I do? What programs use?
