Shipping counterfeit goods is a CRIME so eBay Inc. is aiding criminals. When you file your complaint, tell them about any hacked devices you have bought on eBay, and about the way they handle these cases, ask you to ship them back. Maybe someone will finally do something about this. Today 16GB memory stick pro duos which I highly suspect are fake were on the front page of Daily Deals. They were only $25.99 a piece. I ordered one to test and I will post the results when it comes in. Regardless of whether these ones are hacked or not they consistently give hacked memory sellers "Top Rated Seller" status. When I submitted mine, I used "eBay Inc." as the defendant, and "Consumer Fraud" as the category

Ok, so I got the card today, and surprisingly it's actually real. If anyone else bought the 16GB M2 with pro duo adapter on daily deals, please post weather it was real or not. The seller had feedbacks indicating previous fake memory sales.
