Added High miliAmpere battery but not chage in performance
Hello All,
I got an MP4/MP5 game player with sunplus 3050 chip if I am not mistaken. The player came with a chinese 600mamp battery soldered in the motherboard.
I bought a new Nokia battery and soldered that to the body which has a milliamp of about 1200miniamps.
So how come there is not battery life boost? I was expecting it to run for atleast 8 hours straight.
Any ideas? Is the firmware limiting it to charge till 600mA? I mean, if the battery has capability to charge to 1200mA, why is it not working as expected?
The voltage for both the batteries are at 3.7 volts.
Thank You.
