MP3 Player Problem (Memory Disappeared)
2 Attachment(s)
Hello distinguished members of the forum,
I am creating this thread in hopes to ameliorate my MP3 technical problem based on your experience since I'm new to the community. This is what occurred: I bought a cheap Chinese MP3 player about a month ago, it has been working great until today something happened to it. After using it after two hours since the last time I had used it, I discovered that the memory was gone, the music utility of the device showed "No Files" when in fact I had 306 songs stored in it. I found this quite strange since all the utilities in the player are working correctly, these are: AM/FM Radio, Settings, System etc. Due to the previous reason I do not classify it under "Dead MP3 Player" because as I mentioned before all the utilities work fine except "Music". I go to the settings and select "Memory" and shows me the capacity: "0.0 - 0.0" in other words "Zero Memory" gone, vanished out of nowhere. Then I proceed to connect it to my laptop via USB and to my surprise my computer did not recognize the device, the name was "Removable Device F" instead of the name I had attributed to it, then I clicked on the "Removable Device F" on "My Computer" and I got a message saying that I have to format it in order to use it, then I proceed to format the device and come across with another message, this time the message read: "Windows is unable to format the device", "Device cannot be recognized" "Device has malfunctioned" etc. etc. I've been told that the issue lies in the driver, that supposedly it died, others tell me that the system was somehow corrupted, etc. and no clear answer whatsoever on how to solve the problem. If anybody here knows what is happening to my device and guide me on how to solve the problem I would appreciate your help, again, this is a brand new player and was working miracles until all of the sudden it was gone. The characteristics of the MP3 Player are the following: Digital MP3 Player Firmware: ld3188-std-1.1 Drive: 6.0.6002.18005 Microsoft Windows |
The strip of mp4 is damage that's why it is not shown properly .
