unknkown MP5

Hi, I recently bought a MP5 player at a liquidation sale. It didnt come with any software and my laptop will not recognize it. the player is a maxwest Mxd-mp5. Firmwre version 1.1.10.120416.

If anyone hass any info for me on how to get my laptop to see it, or if I need to upgrade, or anything else I might need to know...I would appreciate any help I can get. thanks!

Hi, my mp player is also an unknow brand but I came with software bu the problem is my windows 8 computer stops me from downloading it because it saids it has some type of malware and now I can't convert files without it, does anyone have any suggestion? Sure would be appreciated it. Here is pic of it below, also I do not know how to make it slide screen, any info on how to do his ? Thanks in advance
