I contacted the seller about a week ago to see if the device was hacked or not along with how they know if it was hacked or not. Never got a reply to that question. I did ask another question prior to that question concerning an item that came with the device and the seller did answer that question. So at this point I am considering this device to be hacked and will avoid this seller.

Some new sellers are now selling this device on Ebay as both this off brand and with no brand on it. They are only saying it has 4 GB of memory which is probably the correct amount of memory. This is probably not all of the new sellers that are selling this device on Ebay, links below.
