How to fix?
 

Hi everybody, nice to meet you all! I hope you can help me to solve my issue with a MP4 player. I performed the H2testw software and thus I confirmed that my device only has 3.7 GB OK out of 7.7 GB, the rest 4 GB are damaged or useless. Is there any method to overcome this situation? Do I have to restore to its real capacity? how can I do that? Thank you very much for your support and kind advice.
