2. Open "<span style="font-weight:bold">My Computer</span>" and right on the drive letter allocated to you by Windows for your player (in this example, it's the I: drive).
3. Right mouse click on your player's drive and choose "<span style="font-weight:bold">Properties</span>" from the menu.
4. Click on the [<span style="font-weight:bold">Tools</span>] tab at the top then click on the [<span style="font-weight:bold">Check Now</span>] button.
5. Select the "<span style="font-weight:bold">Automatically fix file system errors</span>" and "<span style="font-weight:bold">Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors</span>" tick boxes and then click on the [Start] button to start the scan and repair process.
