Disconnect From Computer.
 

Without going through the lengthly process of location the Device icon, then having to locate this and do that, there is a much simpler and safe way to complete this task.

When finished downloading to MP3/Mp4 player, exit applications.
Wait untill the MP3/Mp4 player goes through its 'interfacing mode' and waits for further communications (a stream of 'ZZzzzz' will be displyed).
Only then can you switch OFF your player. Wiindows will automatically remove the device. Simple really.
We do this all the time on various modle MP3/Mp4 (Class as S1 or P1) players, without any problems at all.

Would like to see this way of disconnection included in your own locked pages.

I Have a super i-platinum from Uxcell, and the fastest way to disconnect the player is to press the menu button. I think he can't 'receive' and play at the same time, because when you turn it off it goes back tu usb mode..
