flash memory problem
 

hi... friends my nano clone mp3 player was 997mb memory but after some days it isshowing only 474 mb of memory.tell me what is the problem could be.please help me.

Have you formatted the player recently?
Have you been having any problems with your player restarting and not playing song?
If you have this could be a sign that your player has a fake memory chip, it could be a 512MB chip that has been hacked to appear as a 1GB chip. I have never heard of anyone recovering lost memory. You should contact your seller if possible and ask for a refund.

If you look through the forums you will find posts by others who have had the problem.

maxpayne, No it is not possible to reverse a format. You may be able to recover any files that were erased with a recovery app but that is about all.
