Repalacement screens??

Please could anyone help me..bought my son a clone i pod mp3/mp4 player for his birthday.He had only had the player for 6 hours and he fell and cracked the screen.Is it possible to buy replacemnet screens and the small screwdriver that you ned to open up the player?I have contacted the person who i bought it from on ebay and he says he will get back to me,just i have a very impatient 13 yr old and wondered if i could purchase one elsewhere?Thanks

jenhoppy, Other members have posted that they have been able to get thin replacenment glass cut to size from clock repairers or glaziers.

If you can't get glass cut, try using clear acylic or perspex....at a stretch, i guess you could cut a section out from a cd case, but glass would be the prefered thing to use...less chance of scratching

Um I shattered my screen at work and i replaced it with a self laminating card that i hijacked from movie gallery while i was working there... It's flimsy but it beats nothing...
