Re: replacement switch for 1.5" nano look-alike

 I made a replacement out of a plastic lid after the power button broke on my player. Mine is a Nano clone with the switch on top. I cut out a rectangle with the width being the length of the original button. The length was 1 inch. The width was 1/2 inch. I folded it in half with pliers On one side I created a tab and folded it up to fit up through the case. Don't trim the ends. On the other side I cut a notch to fit the switch. I installed it in the player, then put on the silicone case. I then cut the tab just a bit higher than the case. My button matches the silicon case and is extremely durable.
