Default Troubleshooting Guide

Was browsing through the Knowledge Base & FAQ, and i noticed that in there, it only contains sections regarding operation of programs to perform video conversion, firmware extraction/flashing/modification, etc. There are alot of guide threads in other sections that would solve the basic operation problems, but for a new user who just received their player and having a problem 3hours later, the forum would seem overwhelming for them.

It would be better if there was also a Troubleshooting Guide in there or somewhere around the forum. As i've notice several recurring posts of people having a dead player but don't know what to do. Example totally dead player that cannot be detected by the computer, player with blue/bright/dark screen but can be detected by the computer. The former would be the full process in the Dead Player Recovery Guide, whereas the latter would be a half process of just finding a suitable firmware.

Other common problems such as "Sound heard in only 1 side of earphones", "My battery only lasts 1hour on full charge", etc. These have a set of standard testing techniques to determine the root of the problem, but usually the final verdict is all the same.

Guess this would make the forum more user friendly and enables users to quickly find their problem and attempt to solve using the Troubleshoot Guide, and post new threads asking for help when the guide doesn't work for them.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
