firmware

hello guys, i downloaded de s1fwx from this site and read all the instructions, but instead of extracting the firmware this message starts on the screen of my pc "no se reconoce como comando interno o externo, programa o archivos por lotes ejecutables", What can i do?

arielmr00, Are s1fwx.exe and extract.bat in the same folder?
