Ordered over a week ago... My credit card wasn't charged and cannot get a reply via email

Today my bank returned me the amout for the mp4 that I bought from pushplaydigital at 19th April (order Id 2181).
I supose that the processing has not been done.
I have returned the mp4 in pushplaydigital web because it has not been shipped yet at 2dn May.
I wait that my credit card has'nt been charged anymore.
I have sent two emails to question them for the long period, because my order has been just not shipped for more than two weeks.
I will not buy anymore from pushplaydigital because of lack of sense with their buyers.
I just have bought a Meizu M6 from houseofdap, because they seems more serious than pushplaydigital.

Looks like they've closed business now (PushPlay Digital).

Good riddens I say as looking at the comments from members, they were a big scam.

Once again, I do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused members. I've learnt a good lesson from this for next time when we decide to take on someone else who wants to sponsor the site for competition/prizes or discount codes that's for sure!
