I've never pruchased from pushplay... how's their service? how's their reputation?

I ordered (Order# 2043) on 03/27 but it was a bit earlier before the coupon was available. Still hasn't shipped yet...

just made a buy from push play used the code,will let you all know how it goes

On the site it says "Super Saver $5 shipping within the USA! UPS World Wide Shipping! Saver Wholesale order Shipping!"

However, when I go to checkout and use SUPER SAVER SHIPPING it says $22 or so instead of $5.

well i made a buy 4-6-07 still has not shiped ,and the same with the super shiping not $5 hmm

ok I do not work in the shipping department but!

Super Saver Shipping is based on your order Where it ships from the Qty and the retail packaging. So if you order a player that comes in a small clear retail case that shipping is only $5. If you order a player that comes in a large retail box that order may cost up to $13 to ship. Please keep in mind that includes insurance and tracking. We have people that only pay $6.00 for out of the country shipping or $14 for 20pc to 100pc or more these are great shipping prices. It's all based on what you order. Also please keep in mind that we are a wholesale website. We are not making a big profit and we do not sell hacked players. So we can not aford to lose any money. Or I will lose a job that I love.

I have been waiting on my order (Order# 2043) placed on 03/27 to ship for over 2 weeks now. If the items are in stock, what is the holdup? Send my items or refund my money!

I know we ship from 3 different location 2 warehouse's in the USA and our factory in China. At the time most of you placed your order I do know they were making changes by discontinuing the Super Nano 2 and 3 line. So if you ordered one of these players most likely you will get a free upgrade to a NanoVenom 1.5 or 1.8.

vimkgt if you placed your order on 03/27 yes that is longer then normal. Did you order a Super Nano model ? If so that could have been the hold up. I know in most cases they will ship you some free accessories or something for delays. Send me a PM if you need more help I will give you my boss e-mail address.

I ordered on 4/8 a DITA, but still hasn't shipped yet, but the credit card has already been charged for #2108.

I recieved a response saying it takes 3 - 14 business days for processing and shipping.

I am used to internet time and always expect stuff to ship moments after I click the mouse button. :lol:

I ordered my 4Gb Venom on 19th April, and the credit card has been charged.
I sent them an email and they respond:

I haven't receive any more email.

I suspect that the shipping is delayed. :roll:

I'm still waiting for my second order of a Big Boy-223. Seems to be taking a little longer than expected but it has been shipped. Should arrive any day now.

The item description states that the it comes in orange or black. I specifically stated that I wanted the black one. However, I received an orange one. On top of that, I selected "1GB". Well, guess what...they sent me a 512 MB player. :cry: Also, I paid for the item to be shipped via UPS...they sent it via USPS...so save your money. I e-mailed them and am currently waiting for a response.

Unfortunately i have a similar report.

At the beginning of this month I ordered and paid for a "1GB" Big Boy 223 > http://pushplaydigital.com/items/pmp...der-detail.htm.
It came on thursday afternoon and when i opened the box i found it was only 512MB.
I have also sent off an email about this, no reply as yet

well admin Binh ordered from ppd solely on good faith from your sponsor ship.did research an seen you have have been involved with mp players for several years, so thought that ppd would be a good place to order from , so i know the actions of ppd are no way your fault so no blame to you.but some replys 2 phone and email would be real nice.; and so would a home address or a none 800 888 phone number.side note to Odyssey do you have a shipping address from your last package ?

This is the first month of sponsorship by PPD, so all this is new for us with PPD.

Update:

Just got an email from PPD apologising for the mixup. They offered a $10 credit to my account with a code to collect it when i buy something later.

I'm quite satisfied with that considering the difference is about $9 anyway. I'll put that towards a Rockchip a bit later.

Today my bank returned me the amout for the mp4 that I bought from pushplaydigital at 19th April (order Id 2181).
I supose that the processing has not been done.
I have returned the mp4 in pushplaydigital web because it has not been shipped yet at 2dn May.
I wait that my credit card has'nt been charged anymore.
I have sent two emails to question them for the long period, because my order has been just not shipped for more than two weeks.
I will not buy anymore from pushplaydigital because of lack of sense with their buyers.
I just have bought a Meizu M6 from houseofdap, because they seems more serious than pushplaydigital.

Looks like they've closed business now (PushPlay Digital).

Good riddens I say as looking at the comments from members, they were a big scam.

Once again, I do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused members. I've learnt a good lesson from this for next time when we decide to take on someone else who wants to sponsor the site for competition/prizes or discount codes that's for sure!
