what the hell is goin on

im not sure where i should post this but some weird stuff is happining on this site.
1. yesterday it completely went down
2. today its up again but its incredibly slow and every post is showing up as read (where the symbols ar greyed out)

Thanks for your comments. I know what you mean.

I got a second dedicated server for this site to try to stop it from going down. I'm not entirely sure WHY it's been going down though. I have asked my hosting provider to look at it.

It seems to be the software that this site runs on that might be causing the issue. This site uses IntegraMOD, which is the open source phpBB forum but with a heap of addons. I think one/few of the addons are causing this issue. I haven't been able to pinpoint it down.

I am thinking of moving to another system altogether. One that is paid for and comes with dedicate support I think. The main problem is that this site now has over 11,000 registered members and about double that much in posts! Question is, how to get them all over to the new system??????

Let me know if it happens again. I am on the site about 5-6 times a day.
