I understand what you mean and its entirley possilbe - Ive done ti to all my players.
You open up the player and find the headphone jack , then get a long stips of copper wire you can use for your reciever , Or whatever works best , But copper is often thin so i use it. and you need to wrap it in a small coat of sticky tape to stop electrical shortcuts. Then solder it to one of the headphone pins (Im not sure which one it is) i think its the bottom , just test them out witht eh player turned on.
The player will function fully and there wont be any noticable changes because your antenna is on the inside of the player. If you pop headphones in then it wont affect them either.
