x__X I recently got ripped off with three "8GB" mp3 players that were really 128MB players minus the space taken by the firmware. They were for me and my sibs. >_<

Anyway, I would really like to have an mp3 player that holds more than a hand full songs, so I decided to try and mod the memory myself and try my hand at soldering electronics.

If anyone has any s1player scraps that they are going to throw away, or memory chips, or places to aquire cheap flash memory chips that you could throw my way, I would appreciate it ^__^ If all goes well, I'll post a how to in the how to sub-forum.
