Would this listing be allowed on eBay?

Having been a victim of the memory hacked mp4 players I was wondering if we can play them at there own game.

Would the following listing be allowed on eBay?

MP4 Player for Sale

MP4 player with genuine 4GB sticker.

Capacity will vary according to the memory chip inside the unit.

If you are lucky it may be 2GB, more common is 1GB and a number of people have reported as low as 64 MB.


Will be supplied with instructions written in “broken English”.

Genuine article, will be shipped from UK.



I would be prepared to pay the fee for a 7 day listing if people think its a good idea. Surely if all the information is valid, eBay will not be able to remove it.

What do others think?

-I understand the intent, the problem is many people are VERY slow! As in will buy window screens and oven doors because they look like hi-def plasma TV's and have a remote laying next to them in the picture. I doubt many will 'get it'. They'll just be confused and some will bid anyway!
