anybody out there purchase from these guys?
what was your shipping times?
I placed order on 4/6 was told item had finally shipped on the 15th after 2 e-mails to site. order inquiry still shows my order is in processing, i'm unfortunately a bit impatient considering i've ordered 4 other items from china and they've sent shipping confirmations and i've already received all but one of the packages(ordered on 4/19). it seems like the threads i've seen in the forum have been similar and razzer only responds in here after a complaint. The worst part is that I ordered a similar phone from ebay and it was cheaper and arrived in 6 days. let me know if i'm just being impatient, because i paid for the product up front through paypal, so why should it take so long to ship out the goods?

well it's one month from my order and still not phone, seller has not reponded to any of my e-mails, had to post on their forums and admin deleted my post after i had mentioned that i had filed a dispute claim with paypal, but had replied earlier that i was not checking my spam folder, give me a break is that the best he could come up with. then here is some other reasons he has made straight from the forums,

1)sometimes the item has been shipped but the status stand the same so dont worry about and EMS should take about 1 week to get there but 2)Some country have Custom which takes almost another 2 week
I will need to look into this
3)i've been sick for the last week
4)All those recent delivery problems might be due to the incoming Summer Olympics
5)just be happy with what you got, in the end thats all that will matter
6)if it says its been shipped its been shipped
7)Please check your spam folder, we have been replying to all your emails.
8)China is being strict on customs, but Hong Kong doesn't follow the same customs regulations and out going parcels aren't inspected, unless the post office thinks there drugs or guns etc in the parcel

one guy waited over a month and praised them for fast shipping "Even though it took 30 days to process(Feb.26-Mar.26) my JXD 302 was mailed out on the 26th" he received it on the 30th, this was via EMS shipping(quick 2-7 days). so please think hard before ordering, it's your money so it's your choice, i wouldn't want anyone else to go through what all of their customers are going through including myself.

We always welcome opinions. I don't delete your post. You did mention that I deleted a previous one? I don't remember doing that. The only reason why I delete posts is because of spam, multi-cross forum posts or junk posts (such as one word posts). If it's legit, I would leave it as is.

I don't have any connection with MP4Nation so not entirely sure what's going on.

I'll send an email to Pete from MP4Nation to see if he can help on this and give an explanation.

actually, the admin from the mp4nation forum deleted my post on their site, sorry for the mixup. just been under alot of stress due to this situation. thank you

update: The ordeal is finally over, my money has been refunded. The refund came after only 4 days via the paypal dispute process. The reason I posted this was not to convince buyers not to buy from mp4nation, but rather to let others out there know that there are other options than just waiting. If you can wait then it's your choice, i chose not to because there was other people in the situation as me that have waited longer. My belief is no matter where you are in the world it should never take over a month to get a product that you have already paid for, or at least get status from the seller on the reason why you have not received it. There are many sellers out there, each one should be trying their hardest to get our business. thank you

the parcel was marked RTS, we had to wait for it to return before we could do anything, hence the delay, we do remove posts if specifically asking questions about your order and when you have emailed us the same thing, thats actually written on our forum rules and guides.
