I have been looking for a touch screen mp4 player I was going to buy from ebay, DHGate or chainavasion then I saw a add for Digitalkingz. My father just ordered my player for me. So I hope its not a scam website . My father would not order from some other websites because they take to long to ship. So if you have info help me please.

ok i changed my order from the newmen m-touch to the cyc-v49 so now lets see how long it takes to get here.

i must admit to never hearing of digitalkingz before, and i though i knew all the chinese player shops.

there deivery times state up to 10 - 30 Days, and a goole search proved nothing about them at all.

i hope they are legit, but if you paid via paypal then you will be covered.

if anyone else has any info on this store then please let us know

i would enquire about warranty here as they state

All products and product accessories come with a 1) 1 month functional warranty and 2) 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

now, these Chinese player are not made for sale outside china and as such the manufacturer warranty will not apply, and with only 1 month from kingz its not much

far aas i know the manufacturers warranty on these players is invalid outside of china

apologies for my over zelous but i have been scammed before by an onlibe store and i would hate for a new one to come along, so the more info we gather the better - thanks

makd511 thanks i emailed them about the warranty
1 month is not a long time. so if the manufacturer's 1 year warranty is no good that sucks.

Also I did not get no tracking infor yet I hop there not scamers.

sweet I just got my tracking number from digital kings it shippped the next day express so it should be here soon i cant wait i will post a review.

makd511 they said they honor the manufacturers warranty if i have a problem just send it back to them but i will need my order number thats good hope they live up to all they say. if not my dad will hunt them down and remove there fingers.

there have been many mp4 shops on the web and many have gone wthout trace, dogitalking hopefully will stay around but its a tough market, one of the mp4 shops "house of dap" seems to have gone with no word and they were one of the more rspected ones

good that the warranty will be honoured though and if all goes bad, tell yr dad to give me a call and will join th hunt

also remember that this player is exactly the same as the Teclast T50 player and as such can use their firmwre, from what i have sen of cyco they dont do many updates but teclast are good at providing new firmware

I got it today

this is a very sweet player. thanks for you help makd511 the touch screen is just like the ipod touch my vx858 is junk next to this player well now all my players are junk next to the v49 its that cool my mom even wants one. i was not expecting it to come this fast not bad for $7.49 shipping.

it came in a really cool clear glass square cube package not like the old looking gray box my 858 came in.

im going to use it this weekend & take some pics and post a review and a youtube video of me and me V49 aka T50
