Someone have Player 4GB Touch Screen 2.8" TFT

Hi to all, I'm new in the forum, I just receive a new player (Someone have Player 4GB Touch Screen 2.8" TFT or also called 4GB 2.8" LCD QVGA i Touch Screen MP3 MP4).
I receive this like a present, but is making some problems, also I have some questions:
1. Some one have this player?
2. My player get stuck and I need to reset it, every two days, is this happens to you or my player is not OK?
3. I noticed that the player came with a game that is not possible to play, also in your player?
4. It's possible to update firmware? where I can found it? And how to do it?

I know these are a lot of questions, but I really sad with my new player, I hope I can do something to have a better experience.

try looking through the pictures on the site to find the name of the player then using the firmware tools available to download on this site see if there is another one available for it that works, give it a go its worth a try i think i have seen some firmwares for that one on the site.

there are LOADS of these players that look the same and all use different firmwares, they are a waste of time

so many people are breaking their player thinking it look like another one

they may look the same on the outside but thgey are different on the inside

so many factories now make these in china, you MUST contact the seller and report the problems, thay are the only ones that can help you

if you see another player like thsi (and you will) DO NO USE THE FIRMWRE you have a massive chance of breaking the player than you can not send it back

PLEASE DO NOT DO IT

send it back to seller and complain and get your money back and but something better, these players are really badly made now, they are made for quick sale only and NO UPDATE will be available to make it better

PLEASE ANYONE DO NOT BUY THESE, look around and forget the ipod looking player, in the end you will be disappointed

i have seen SO many people break their player trying to upgrade with the wrong firmware

I also had a probleme like this with my first player....better send it back and don't try to update, makd511 is right...to many players look like other players....
