I didn't know that.
I made some changes to fight again spammers and people posting too much spam in a quick space of time.
Let me check it and change it.

Ok, fixed now. I've changed it to 30 secs in between posts. Sorry about the mix up and certainly hope you keep posting on here Lolita! Your posts are very valuable and much appreciated.
