really you will want that scroll bar to go across, because that annoys me on my player that i have to press right to go down, the menu system should be done horizontally

if i will arrange that crossbar horizontally, the space for the icon's would not be big enough...

looks nice so far

just a comment - the arrows on the scroll bar are pointing the wrong way round!

I like it as well, but it may look better without that scroll bar

if you like it more without a scrollbar, you can easily cut it out with photoshop :)
