What happens when you use the .bmp files from the THEMES section and upload to your player? Do they look ok? You can always upload some photos and your original .PSD file if you wanted to, to this site and we can take a look at it?

Congratulatios, I still working on the Star Trek Theme, I think that will be much better than this theme
