uploading .rar file theme using s1res tool

how can i upload a theme that has a file extension of .rar if the s1 res tool only recognizes .bin file, tnx

AmbOt, A .rar file is like a .zip file but with greater compression. You need a program called Winrar or 7zip to open and extract the .rar file.

1-zip is FREEWARE and already available from this site.
