I would suggest to keep your theme in one zip file (with modified firmware if you wanted to, however this might cause more problems as some don't realise that not all firmware files are compatible).

If you wanted to upload the original firmware (if you have a FULL .fw version, that's even better), I would suggest upload that seperate. People can then use this as a recover for dead players.
