I can't get the theme to go onto mine. Can you send me your fw file wtih the theme already on there?

my fw may not work on your player, but i am happy to send it to you. keep in mind, that my fw is a "work in progress" so many of the screens are not working and the graphics are shot.

Becareful about putting other people's firmware on your player. You will have a high chance of having a DEAD PLAYER if you flash your player's firmware with an incorrect one.

hey doon,

r u going 2 release lyke the whole theme including meu, boot up/down, radio and music player?? Also if u r releasing the menu will there be a menu for games and telephone?

hi folks,

i am planning:

• 2x Main menu screens (classic list and carousel) - DONE
• boot / shutdown screens - DONE
• Main Player theme (for music, voice recorder, radio and video) - IN PROGRESS
• modified second level screens and elements (for file browser) - DONE (update)
• modified screens for USB connection, FW upgrade, etc.

i think that covers pretty much everything

i don't have too much time to work on these, so it may take a while. i will continue to post each part as i finish it.

hi all,

sorry for the long radio silence.

after this site went down, i got really busy with other things.

now, i have close to no time to work on these screens (atleast not for the next two weeks). plus, my computer is temporarily out-of-service, so i can't pick up on anything anyway.

really sorry for the delay. i have lot's done, but have been really unhappy with the player main screen. just can't get it to look right. plus, i am still fighting with the stinking background colors.

please be patient a little while longer and keep checking this site for updates.

i will reply to all of my "myPod" postings, so that you all get notified when i am done.

... not ALL of the images for this theme are not done (yet). i have bits and pieces done and on my player, but all of the files you need to make it a complete theme are not finished. this is easily over 250 files!

once my computer is back up and running, i will have some time to work on this again.

hi.

my firmware is a mess. a real work in progress. i load a lot of blank (black) images onto it so i can figure out the layout of certain pages.

if you installed it, you would be thoroughly disappointed (or really pissed). so, hold out and wait for the final release with all of the BMPs and PSDs, ok?

How did you change the color to blue? All i can do is change the color to the background of the text. (By swapping the black and white of the 8x8 font)

Hi, I just installed your theme! it really looks great and I would like to help.

I made some changes to the play and pause buttons (small changes), because they didn't realy match.. and the folder image didn't match either. But the problem here is that in the recorder it is located higher. So one or the other isn't exactly wright.

/edit: I tried changing the background color for my foldertext and songtext and only my songtext his background was harcoded... Is this possible? That means I don't need to work with the blue? grtz.

And the play01,.. the above line is a little to dark to match the main.bmp. Not a very big problem ;-)..
